Healthy Skin and a Radiant Appearance: Build Luminous Skin by Nourishing your Skin from Within |
|
| We all want healthy skin. Skin health is one of the first things we notice about people. Ever wonder why? It’s because the health of your skin is a barometer of the health of your entire body. Kill Cravings by Crowding Them Out
When first adopting a healthier diet, dealing with food cravings can be challenging. Instead of trying to not eat junk foods, focus on filling up on healthy foods. Load up on all sorts of veggies, fruits like berries and apples, and don't be afraid of high calorie healthy foods like avocado and raw nuts. |

Q: Is Dairy Health Food?A: Yes and No. In moderation, high quality dairy (grass fed organic, and preferably raw) is great for most people's bodies. But most of the dairy on the shelves is so debauched by the drugs and poor diet fed to dairy cows and over- processing after milking that it does more harm than good. See Choosing Healthy Food for more on buying healthy dairy.
Q: What is the best way to exercise to lose weight?
A: This varies from person to person, but in general, lift weights and do high intensity interval cardio afterwards. Lifting weights burns calories directly, primes the body to burn more calories during cardio, and creates biochemical changes that help reduce fat stores. Interval cardio creates similar chemical changes, and burns more calories than tradiitonal cardio. See Losing Weight and Getting Toned for more. |
